At the beginning of a new blog technorati has a claiming process that verifies the blog is really yours. That is what this post is all about. I went through the same process to claim my other blogs when getting them registered with technorati.
This can be beneficial or it could also be entirely unnecessary. Registering your blog with Technorati develops some exposure and back links.

I have been working on my Twitter followers, trying to build them up. Is this worthwhile down the road if I want to make money by marketing to them?
